The Apia International Sydney 2013 was the 121st edition of the Tennis -Hartplatzturniers in Sydney . It was part of the 2013 WTA Tour as a premier category tournament . The tournament took place from January 6th to 11th, 2013.

At the same time, a men's ATP tournament took place in Sydney , which is part of the 2013 ATP World Tour .

Another women's tournament in Hobart as part of the International category of the WTA Tour 2013 also took place at the same time from January 6th to 13th, 2013.

In the singles, Agnieszka Radwańska won her second tournament this year against Dominika Cibulková 6-0 and 6-0. In doubles, the pairing Nadja Petrowa / Katarina Srebotnik won against Sara Errani / Roberta Vinci 6: 3 and 6: 4.
