The Brasil Tennis Cup 2013 was a hard court tennis tournament for women in Florianópolis . As a tournament in the International category, it was part of the 2013 WTA Tour . The tournament took place from February 24th to March 3rd, 2013. In the same week, the Abierto Mexicano Telcel took place in Acapulco as an international tournament of the WTA Tour 2013 and the BMW Malaysian Open 2013 in Kuala Lumpur .

Monica Niculescu won the individual against Olga Putschkowa 6: 2, 4: 6 and 6: 4. The top seeded Anabel Medina Garrigues and Jaroslawa Schwedowa won the double competition . They beat the unseeded duo Anne Keothavong and Valerija Sawinych in the final 6: 0 and 6: 4.
