The Tashkent Open 2013 was the 15th edition of the women's tennis tournament in the Uzbek city of Tashkent . The hard court tournament in the International category was part of the WTA Tour 2013 and took place from September 7-14, 2013 at the same time as the Bell Challenge 2013 in Québec, Canada .
The defending champions were Irina-Camelia Begu in singles and Paula Kania / Palina Pechawa in doubles .
