The PTT Pattaya Open 2013 was the 22nd edition of the WTA tennis tournament in Pattaya . The hard court tournament in the International category was part of the WTA Tour 2013 and took place from January 28 to February 3, 2013. The same week the Open GDF Suez 2013 took place in Paris .

The defending champions were Daniela Hantuchová in singles and Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci in doubles , who also won the GDF Suez Open in 2013.

The winner in the individual was Marija Kirilenko , seeded number 2 , who beat Sabine Lisicki in just under three hours with 5: 7, 6: 1, 7: 6 1 . For Kirilenko it was the sixth tournament victory and the first in over four years. Lisicki was in a final of the WTA Tour for the first time in over three years . In the double defeated Kimiko Date Krumm and Casey Dellacqua pairing Akgul Amanmuradova / Alexandra Panova with 6: 3 and 6: 2nd

Qualification for the PTT Pattaya Open 2013 took place from January 27th to 28th, 2013. Four places were played that allowed participation in the main draw of the tournament.
