The tournament took place from July 7th to 14th, 2013. Despite the floods in June , the organizers had decided to host the tournament, but canceled the qualifying tournament for the main round. The four top seeded players from the qualification were automatically qualified for the main round. In addition, the organizers halved the field of doubles competition from 16 to 8 pairings.
