The GDF SUEZ Grand Prix 2009 was the 15th edition of the tennis clay court tournament for women in Budapest . It was part of the WTA Tour 2009 as an international tournament and took place together with the Collector Swedish Open Women from July 6th to 12th, 2009.
The defending champion in singles was Alizé Cornet and in doubles Alizé Cornet and Janette Husárová .
In the singles Ágnes Szávay won against Patty Schnyder 2: 6, 6: 4, 6: 2 and in the doubles Alissa Kleibanowa / Monica Niculescu against Aljona Bondarenko / Kateryna Bondarenko 6: 4, 7: 6 5 .
