The MPS Group Championships 2009 was a women's tennis tournament in the International category as part of the WTA Tour 2009 . The clay court tournament in Ponte Vedra Beach took place from April 6th to 12th, 2009.

The singles final was played by Caroline Wozniacki and Aleksandra Wozniak , Wozniacki won in straight sets. In doubles, the pairing Chuang Chia-jung and Sania Mirza won with a final victory in three sets over Květa Peschke and Lisa Raymond .
