The 2013 Abierto Mexicano Telcel was a clay tennis tournament for women in Acapulco . As a tournament in the International category, it was part of the 2013 WTA Tour . The tournament took place from February 23 to March 2, 2013. In the same week, the BMW Malaysian Open in Kuala Lumpur and the Brasil Tennis Cup in Florianópolis , which were also part of the international tournaments of the WTA Tour 2013, took place.
