Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemoçin

Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemoçin (born January 27, 1940 in İstanbul ) is a Turkish politician and former Foreign Minister of Turkey .

Alptemoçin graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of the Middle East in Ankara . He was a member of the Bursa Province in the 17th and 18th legislative periods of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey . He was initially Minister of State under the first government of Turgut Özal . Alptemoçin was then Minister of Finance and Customs from November 26, 1984 to March 30, 1989 and Foreign Minister of Turkey from November 10, 1990 to June 23, 1991.
