In the 2010/11 season he came to Lausanne HC in Switzerland . The first season in Lausanne was mediocre, with 15 points in 44 games. In the playoff final, Lausanne failed at EHC Visp and missed the chance of promotion. He got better the following season, scoring 42 points in 45 games. Again the playoff final was lost, this time against SC Langenthal . With 50 points from as many games he was able to confirm the performance of the previous year in the 2012/13 season . Dostoinow was with 21 points the best scorer in the playoffs and decisive in the rise of Lausanne HC in the National League A involved.

In spring 2013 it became known that Dostoinow had signed a two-year contract with SC Bern . For the 2014/15 season, Dostoinow moved to HC Ambrì-Piotta in exchange for Marc Reichert . A year later he received a trial contract with Awtomobilist Yekaterinburg from the Continental Hockey League , which was extended in mid-August 2015 until the end of the season.

Between January and April 2016 Dostoinow played for EHC Biel in the National League A . In the summer, Metallurg Novokuznetsk gave his transfer rights to HK Vitjas , who used Dostoinow at THK Tver .
