Alice Ludwig-Rasch
Alice Ludwig-Rasch (born January 15, 1910 in Berlin ; † November 2, 1973 in Lütjensee ; born Alice Ludwig ) was a German film editor .
Life
After training in film technology , Ludwig-Rasch began working as an assistant editor in 1927. After becoming an editor, she initially worked for smaller film companies. From 1937 she worked for Terra . She became one of the most sought-after editors in German film.
After the end of the war, Ludwig-Rasch initially found a job at DEFA before moving to Hamburg Real-Film in 1948 . When Gyula Trebitsch switched from real film to television production in the early 1960s, she regularly edited the series he produced in Studio Hamburg . She died in a traffic accident in her home town of Lütjensee.
