Arp 103 is the name of an interacting galaxy triplet in the constellation Hercules . The group of galaxies is also known as Zwicky's triplet . Halton Arp organized his catalog of unusual galaxies into groups according to purely morphological criteria. This galaxy belongs to the class of elliptical galaxies connected to spirals .
