The Aston Martin Vanquish is a sports car produced between 2012 and 2018 by the British car manufacturer Aston Martin . It takes up the name of the V12 Vanquish produced from 2001 to 2007 .

First photos of the production version of the Aston Martin Vanquish were published in June 2012. The Vanquish was first redesigned in 2014. On November 15, 2016, an upgraded version called the Vanquish S was presented at the LA Auto Show . It differs from the standard model on the outside with new front and rear spoilers . The 5.9-liter V12 engine (engine code AM27) now has a maximum output of 444 kW (603 hp) and accelerates both the Coupé and the Cabriolet from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.5 seconds. Vanquish Zagato

On May 20, 2016, the Vanquish Zagato Concept was presented to the public at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este on Lake Como . It continues the 50-year collaboration between Aston Martin and the Italian design studio Zagato . The body is still made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, but has been completely redesigned. On June 21, 2016, Aston Martin announced that it would produce the Vanquish Zagato in a small series of 99 copies, which should be delivered from the beginning of 2017.
