Bart Starr Award
The Bart Starr Award or Athletes in Action Award is given annually to an American football player the NFL awarded. The award commemorates Bart Starr , a former Green Bay Packers player and a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame .
Suffrage
The player chosen is the one who attracted attention in the previous year due to his extraordinary character. He must have turned out to be a leader, but also be a role model as a family man. In addition, the player must have been particularly active within his social environment and his community.
All press spokesmen for the individual NFL teams, former winners, the Christian organization Athletes in Action and Bart Starr himself can make nominations . The election will take place at the same time as the Pro Bowl election. The winner will be honored at a meeting for the Super Bowl .
