Berrydale is a census-designated place (CDP) in Santa Rosa County in the US state of Florida with 441 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Berrydale is about 25 km north of Milton and about 60 km north of Pensacola . Florida State Roads 4 and 87 cross the CDP .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 441 inhabitants were distributed over 178 households. 82.5% of the population identified themselves as whites, 15.0% as African American and 1.1% as Indians . 1.4% said they belonged to several ethnic groups. 2.3% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .

In 2010, children under the age of 18 lived in 33.3% of all households and persons aged 65 or over lived in 30.8% of all households. 72.5% of the households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or one parent with offspring). The average household size was 2.61 and the average family size was 3.15.

20.4% of the population were younger than 20 years old, 37.3% were 20 to 39 years old, 26.1% were 40 to 59 years old, and 16.2% were at least 60 years old. The mean age was 36 years. 66.7% of the population were male and 33.3% were female.
