Dickerson City is located on Pensacola Bay and about 15 km south of Milton and about 25 km west of Pensacola .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the 146 inhabitants at that time were distributed over 148 households, most of which are holiday homes used as second homes. 94.5% of the population identified themselves as white and 2.7% as African American . 2.7% said they belonged to several ethnic groups. 4.1% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
