Björn Lindemann (born January 23, 1984 in Stadthagen ) is a German soccer player .
Career
Björn Lindemann played in youth for VfL Münchehagen, TSV Loccum and Hannover 96 II. From 2004 to 2006 he played for Holstein Kiel in the Regionalliga Nord . For the 2006/07 season he moved to VfB Lübeck , where he played for half a year and then went to 1. FC Magdeburg during the winter break . In summer 2008 he moved to SC Paderborn 07 . After a good preliminary round, his performances fell off in the second half, so that his contract was dissolved after the rise of Padersborn in the summer of 2009 and he joined the second division relegated VfL Osnabrück . There he became a top performer and, with eleven goals and twelve assists in the 2009/10 season, played a key role in VfL's return to the 2nd Bundesliga . In joint votes by dfb.de and fussball.de , he was voted three times player of the month and player of the year 2009/10 in the 3rd division .
For the 2011/12 season , Lindemann joined FC Carl Zeiss Jena. The contract was terminated prematurely there on December 31, 2011 by mutual agreement.
In January 2012, Lindemann signed a contract with Army United , a club in the Thai Premier League . In early 2014 he moved within the league to FC Suphanburi and signed a contract with newly promoted FC Nakhon Ratchasima for the 2015 season shortly before Christmas . Most recently, he played for Sisaket FC . After five years in Thailand, Lindemann returned to Germany in August 2017.
