Career

In his youth, Türpitz played most of the time for TSV Riißissen and SSV Ulm 1846 . In 2009 the Stuttgarter Kickers took him on to their first team. After four years in Stuttgart, Türpitz gained further experience in the regional league from 2012 to 2014 with the reserve team of FC Schalke 04 and with Sportfreunde Lotte . After more than 100 fourth division games, Chemnitzer FC signed him for the 2014/15 season.

After three years as a regular in Chemnitz, Türpitz moved to third division rivals 1. FC Magdeburg for the 2017/18 season .
