Bruno Henrique Pinto (born December 30, 1990 in Belo Horizonte ), Bruno Henrique for short , is a Brazilian soccer player . The striker has played for Flamengo Rio de Janeiro since early 2019 .

Career

society

Bruno Henrique began his career in his native city with Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte . In January 2012 it was awarded to the Uberlândia EC , which also made it a firm commitment in the summer of 2013. In January 2014 it was awarded to the Itumbiara EC for one year . In January 2015, Bruno Henrique moved to the first division club Goiás EC , for whom he made his debut in May 2015 in Série A.

On January 29, 2016, Bruno Henrique moved to the Bundesliga for VfL Wolfsburg , with whom he signed a contract that ran until June 2019. On April 6, 2016, he made his starting line-up debut in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals against Real Madrid , which VfL Wolfsburg won 2-0.

After the first half of the 2016/17 season , Bruno Henrique returned to his homeland and joined FC Santos . At the club he immediately established himself as a regular player. The 2017 season started problematically for him. The 2018 season started problematically for him. In the first competitive game of the season against CA Linense in the São Paulo state championship on January 17, he was injured in his right eye.

After two seasons, he moved to CR Flamengo in Rio de Janeiro at the beginning of 2019 , where he immediately won the state championship and the Taça Rio . On November 23, 2019, the Copa Libertadores 2019 joined. A day later, the preliminary decision in favor of Flamengo was made in the 2019 Brazilian championship and Bruno Henrique was also able to celebrate this title. During the season he scored a hat trick on the 30th and 35th matchdays and was awarded the Prêmio Craque do Brasileirão as the best player.

National team

Bruno Henrique was nominated for the Brazilian national team for the first time by coach Tite in August 2019 when he was appointed to the squad for the friendlies against Peru and Colombia . In the game against Colombia on September 5, 2019, he came on for Philippe Coutinho in the 80th minute .
