The nature reserve Buschschleuse is located in the area of ​​the municipality of Briesen (Mark) and the city of Müllrose in the Oder-Spree district in Brandenburg .

The approximately 1248 hectare nature reserve extends southwest of Biegen , a district of the municipality of Briesen (Mark) , along the southwest flowing Oder-Spree Canal .
