The Schwenower Forest nature reserve is located in the area of ​​the city of Storkow (Mark) and the municipality of Tauche in the Oder-Spree district in Brandenburg .

The area with the identification number 1541 was placed under nature protection by ordinance of September 8, 2004 . The approximately 751 hectares ha large nature reserve, where the 58-hectare Grubensee , the 24.7 hectare Schwenowsee and the 13-hectare Drobschsee lie, extends north and northwest of Kossenblatt , in the municipality of diving . The state road L 42 runs along the western and northern edges of the area, while the Spree flows to the south-east and south .
