Crevillent (Spanish: Crevillente ) is a south-east Spanish municipality ( municipio ) with 28,952 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019) in the province of Alicante in the Valencian Community .

Crevillent is located near the Costa Blanca in southeastern Spain. The center of Crevillent is about seven kilometers southwest of Elche , about 31 kilometers southwest of Alicante and about 160 kilometers southeast of Albacete .

In the north the municipality borders on Aspe and Fondó de les Neus , in the east on Elche , in the west on Albatera and Sant Isidre and in the south on Catral , Dolors and Callosa de Segura .

The city is located in the Alicante-Elche metropolitan area .
