European Cross Country Championships 2003
The 10th European Cross Country Championships the EAA took place on 14. December 2003 in Edinburgh ( United Kingdom instead).
In Holyrood Park , a 1425 m long loop had been set up, which could be extended to 1750 m by climbing the Haggis Knowe (when turning onto the home straight it became 1670 m). The men completed one small and five large laps (10.095 km), the women and juniors one small and three large laps (6.595 km) and the juniors two small and one large lap (4.52 km).
