The DAF CF is a vehicle for the transport of goods over medium and long distances in the class from 18 tons total weight to 44 tons train weight from DAF .
The CF65's 5.9-liter PACCAR engine is available in several output levels up to 184 kW (250 hp); The power spectrum of the 9.2 liter DAF engine in the CF75 goes up to 265 kW (360 hp), and the 12.6 liter DAF engine of the CF85 is available in various power variants up to 355 kW (483 hp). The CF range includes 4 × 2, 6 × 2, 6 × 4, 8 × 2 and 8 × 4 -axis configurations as well as three cab versions: short-haul cab, long-haul cab and the more spacious 'Space Cab' variant.
Model year 2006
Slight revision of the series. The PACCAR FR / GR engines are also new. There is also the 510 hp MX engine borrowed from the XF 105. The version with the AS-Tronic gearbox has a rollback lock .
2013 model year
In 2013 DAF launched the new CF according to the Euro 6 standard. The CF is available with the Paccar MX-13, MX-11 and the Paccar PX-7. The engines provide between 164 and 375 kW. The total weight of the new CF series is between 18 and 44 tons. Production started in June 2013.
