GDR championships in biathlon 1968
The GDR biathlon championships in 1968 were held on March 13th and 16th in Oberhof ; it was the eleventh title fights. Dieter Speer won his first title in the individual competition, the SG Dynamo Zinnwald for the third time in a row the title of relay champion. The second run planned for the individual race could not take place due to bad weather.
