action
A big industrialist just leaves his son a letter. He should not open this until two years later when a certain advertisement appears in the newspaper. When this happens, the son finds out that his father left him a sizable fortune. In order to protect him from being ripped off by a certain girl, he had kept this from his son. Unfortunately, a gang of criminals has usurped the money. Joe Deebs takes on the task of helping the heir to his claim, which he also succeeds.

The Berlin police banned the film with a youth ban (No. 39936), the Munich police did not allow it to be advertised as a detective film (No. 22950, 22851, 22852, 22853).
