The Carpet of Horror is a German-Spanish-Italian crime film by Harald Reinl from 1962 . It was produced by International Germania Film . The film is a film adaptation of the novel of the same name by Louis Weinert-Wilton .

action

From India to London there is a chain of crimes committed by gangsters on behalf of diamond dealers. Robert G., an agent of the secret service, dies in England from an Indian poison. Ann Learner finds her uncle, an expert on decryption, killed in the same way. The secret agent Harry Raffold sets out with Ann to clear up the puzzling events. From now on both of them are in constant danger. With the help of a colleague of Harry's, who only reveals himself as such towards the end of the film, they can expose the owner of a pension where Harry stayed as the head of the criminal gang.
