The 300 richest is an annual column in the Swiss business magazine Bilanz . It consists of a ranking of the basis of the estimated assets richest individuals and families with residence in Switzerland and Liechtenstein .

The 300 richest 2011 (excerpt)

The US magazine "Forbes" reported in the report "The World's Billionaires 2011" 1210 richest people worldwide with at least one billion dollars in assets. Of these, 121 lived in Switzerland. Every tenth billionaire in the world lived in Switzerland in 2011, making Switzerland the highest billionaire population. 44 of them were Swiss citizens.
