Bloody Stones is a German TV film directed by Sigi Rothemund in 2008 , based on the novel by Donna Leon . It is the 14th episode of the ARD crime film series Donna Leon with Uwe Kockisch as Inspector Guido Brunetti in the lead role.

action

An African street vendor is shot dead suddenly on a shopping street . Counterfeit designer items are illegally sold on the dealer mile. Did the street vendor find out about them or was he just in the wrong place at the wrong time? Commissario Brunetti wonders. Rough diamonds are seized from the dead . But before Brunetti can follow the lead, the Ministry of the Interior in Rome withdraws his case.

criticism

The critics of the television magazine TV Spielfilm gave the film a medium rating, they pointed with the thumb to the side. They stated: "This is where Italians learn what brazen means."
