Over it is a southern district of Einbeck in the Northeim district in Lower Saxony .
geography
The place is between Northeim and Einbeck, west of the Leine and the B 3 .
Its field mark covers 356 hectares. The linen lowland Salzderhelden lies immediately to the east. Neighboring towns are Sülbeck in the north, Hohnstedt in the east , Stöckheim to the south and Buensen to the west .
history
The village was first mentioned in a document in 1269 when the Amelungsborn monastery bought the tithe in "Druchte".
On March 1, 1974, the community Drüber was incorporated into the city of Einbeck.
politics
Local mayor and local council are elected together with Sülbeck . Rolf Metje (SPD) is currently the local mayor.
Culture and sights
In the 1880s, the dairy building was erected, which was operated as the Alte Meierei restaurant from 1976 and is now used as the Alte Meierei physiotherapy practice . The fire brigade was founded in 1934.
