EHF Cup 2003/04

At the EHF Cup 2003/04 51 took Handball part -Vereinsmannschaften, who had qualified in the previous season in their home leagues for the competition. It was the 23rd edition of the EHF Cup and the IHF Cup, defending champion FC Barcelona . The cup games began on October 10, 2003, the second final took place on April 24, 2004. In the final, THW Kiel prevailed against BM Altea .

The competition started with 19 games in round 2. The 33 clubs that had qualified in their home leagues in the previous season included the 5 losers in qualifying round 1 from the EHF Champions League 2003/04 . In round 3, which corresponded to a sixteenth-finals, another 13 higher rated teams got on. All rounds including the final were carried out in a knockout system with a return leg.
