IHF Cup 1991/92

At the IHF Cup 1991/92 27 took Handball part -Vereinsmannschaften, who had qualified in the previous season in their home leagues for the competition. It was the 11th edition of the IHF Cup. The defending champion was RK Borac Banja Luka . In the final, SG Wallau / Massenheim was able to prevail against SKA Minsk .

All rounds including the final were carried out in a knockout system with a return leg. RK Borac Banja Luka, SG Wallau / Massenheim, CBM Alzira, Baník Karviná and SKA Minsk moved into the 2nd round by bye .
