IHF Cup 1990/91

At the IHF Cup 1990/91 26 took Handball part -Vereinsmannschaften, who had qualified in the previous season in their home leagues for the competition. It was the 10th edition of the IHF Cup. The defending champion was SKIF Krasnodar . In the final, RK Borac Banja Luka beat CSKA Moscow .

All rounds including the final were carried out in a knockout system with a return leg. Atlético Madrid , SKP Bratislava, HB Venissieux Lyon, Borac Banja Luka, TUSEM Essen and SKIF Krasnodar moved into the 2nd round by bye .
