EHF Cup 1999/2000

At the EHF Cup 1999/2000 30 took Handball part -Vereinsmannschaften, who had qualified in the previous season in their home leagues for the competition. It was the 19th edition of the EHF Cup and the IHF Cup. The defending champion was SC Magdeburg . The cup games began on October 2, 1999, the second final took place on April 29, 2000. In the final, RK Metković was able to prevail against SG Flensburg-Handewitt .

All rounds including the final were carried out in a knockout system with a return leg. The competition started with the sixteenth finals with only 14 games. SG Flensburg-Handewitt and SC Magdeburg moved into the round of 16 by bye .
