EHF Women's Cup 2009/10

At 2009-10 EHF Cup 53 handball club teams participated, who qualified in the previous season in their home countries for the competition or from the Women's Champions League were eliminated. It was the 29th edition of the EHF Cup. The winner of the EHF Cup this year was the Danish club Randers HK . The defending champion of the EHF Cup was the Spanish club SD Itxako .

Round 1

10 teams took part that had previously qualified for the competition.

The first legs took place on 5./11./12. September 2009. The second leg took place on 12./13. September 2009.
