The 3rd Eneco Tour , also known as the Benelux Tour , took place from August 22 to 29, 2007. It was held in a prologue and seven stages over a distance of 1132.3 km.

The tour took place a week later than last year. The third tour led through the Netherlands and Belgium . Luxembourg was left out again. The 20 UCI ProTeams were entitled to start . The Astana team did not take part due to a self-imposed race break. In addition, the two Professional Continental Teams Chocolade Jacques-Topsport Vlaanderen and Skil-Shimano received a wildcard . Eight drivers started per team.
