The Egyptian Premier League 2004/05 was the 48th season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football since its introduction in 1948/49 .
The climbers from the Egyptian Second Division 2003/04 were Suez Cement , El-Gaish SC and Assment Asyut . Aswan SC , Olympic El Qanah FC and Al Koroum are no longer represented in Egypt's top division . The defending champion is al Ahly Cairo .
