A hard tour is a German TV film by director Isabel Kleefeld from 2020 , produced by WDR for Das Erste . The tragic comedy was based on a script by the author Dominique Lorenz and is about a group of befriended couples who, after the unexpected death of their friend Clemens, set off on a hike to a hut in the Dolomites and put their friendship to the test. The long-standing circle of friends around the former Munich flatmates Clemens, Ulrike, Ronny and Dominik and their partners come to dinner with Ronny and Martina to make preparations for their upcoming hut hike in the Braies Dolomites . Clemens' ex-wife Corinna, from whom he divorced the year before, shows little understanding for Alexa's lethargy, since after his death there are now important legal claims to be settled around the continued existence of the construction company, which is still jointly managed. When Corinna and her son Manuel gain access to Clemens' house without being asked, the encounter between the two women ends in a scuffle, driven by Corinna's jealousy and resentment towards Alexa.
The three remaining couples meanwhile decide to start the planned hike three weeks later and to hang up a photo of Clemens in a memorial chapel. After their efforts to keep the togetherness upright after the divorce of Clemens and Corinna in a delicate balancing act, they want to avoid further conflicts and ask neither Alexa nor Corinna to accompany them. The group reacts accordingly surprised when Alexa, who is unequally popular among friends mainly because of her age, appears at the foot of the Cristallo group and joins them.
