Emin Bayram (born April 2, 2003 in Istanbul ) is a Turkish football player . He plays for Galatasaray Istanbul .

Club career

Bayram joined the youth of Galatasaray Istanbul at the age of nine . After six years in the youth of the yellow-reds , Bayram signed a professional contract with a term of three years. The central defender played his first competitive game in the first team on December 4, 2019 in the Turkish Cup against Tuzlaspor .

Bayram made his debut in the Süper Lig on January 26, 2020 against Konyaspor . His head coach Fatih Terim came on for Emre Akbaba in the 90th minute. At 16 years, nine months and 24 days, Emin Bayram is the fourth youngest player to appear for Galatasaray in the Süper Lig. In the league match against MKE Ankaragücü on July 12, 2020, Bayram led the team as captain. At 17, Bayram is the youngest team captain in the club's history.

National team

From 2017 to 2019 Emin Bayram played for the Turkish U-15 and U-16. Bayram has been a member of the Turkish U-17 squad since August 2019 .
