Eugène Urbany (born July 13, 1957 in Dudelange ) is a former Luxembourg cyclist .
Eugène Urbany was a professional racing driver from 1981 to 1984. His greatest successes during this time were winning the François Faber Grand Prix in 1979 and winning the Luxembourg road championships three times in 1981, 1982 and 1983.
Urbany started four times in the Tour de France . In 1983 he was third in the final stage on the Champs-Élysées in Paris behind Sean Kelly and Gilbert Glaus .
