Eyal Podell

Eyal Podell ( Hebrew אייל פודל; * November 11, 1975 in Tel Aviv ) is an Israeli - American actor and screenwriter who gained notoriety for his role as Adrian Korbel from the soap opera Shadow of Passion .

life and career

Eyal Podell was born in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv , where he spent the first two years of his life. The family later moved to Hong Kong and eventually settled in Westchester County , New York State , when Podell was eight years old. He graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover , New Hampshire .

To gain a foothold as an actor, Podell later moved to Los Angeles . In 1998 he made his first TV appearance in an episode of the Players series . He gained greater fame through the film Insider , in which he played the film son of Al Pacino . Subsequently, Podell was mainly as a guest actor in series such as Emergency Room - Die Notaufnahme , JAG - On behalf of honor , Charmed - Magic Witches , Without a Trace - disappeared without a trace and Crossing Jordan - pathologist with profile .

From 2006 onwards he played Adrian Korbel in the soap opera Shadow of Passion for two years . He later took on recurring roles in 24 and Defying Gravity . Further guest appearances followed u. a. in Bones , Navy CIS: LA , Criminal Minds, and Navy CIS: New Orleans .
