Fallmeisterei (Langenzenn)

Fallmeisterei is a desert in the town of Langenzenn in the central Franconian district of Fürth .

geography

The wasteland was 200 meters south of the town of Langenzenn in the Stenzengraben at an altitude of 320  m above sea level. NHN and was surrounded by smaller wooded areas and arable land. In the south was the corridor on Klaushöfer Weg. Today, house number 10 on Flurstrasse stands in its place.

history

The place was first mentioned by name in the Vetterchen Oberamtsbeschreibung Cadolzburg from 1732 as "Fallhaus". It served as a covering shop for Langenzenn.

Towards the end of the 18th century, the Fallmeisterei belonged to Langenzenn. Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, the Fallmeisterei received house number 163 in the village of Langenzenn.

As part of the municipal edict, Fallmeisterei was assigned to the Langenzenn tax district formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the municipality of Langenzenn, which was formed in the same year . After 1885, the fall management seems to have been broken off.
