The airport Nevsehir-Cappadocia , also Nevsehir airport or airport Cappadocia ( Turkish Nevsehir Kapadokya Havalimanı even Kapadokya Havalimanı or Nevsehir Havalimanı ) is a Turkish airport near the city of Nevsehir . It is operated by the state DHMİ .
Airport grounds
The airport was opened in 1998, is used exclusively for civil purposes and is classified as an international airport. It has a terminal with a capacity of 1,500,000 passengers per year and a paved runway, which is equipped with an instrument flight landing system (ILS). The concrete apron has a size of 240 × 120 meters and can accommodate five commercial aircraft. There is also a VIP lounge, cafés and a medical station.
The city of Nevşehir assigned to him is about 30 kilometers away. It can be reached by taxi, private car or airport bus. There is parking for 400 cars in front of the terminal.
