Gabriele Dossi

Gabriele Dossi (born July 7, 1947 in Munich ) is a German actress .

Life

Gabriele Dossi completed her acting studies at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich from 1969 to 1972 .

After completing her training, she was immediately engaged at the Münchner Kammerspiele , where she stayed until 1976. In the further course of her career, she worked at theaters in Zurich, Hamburg, Würzburg, Munich, Hanover, Bregenz and Vienna. In 2000 she played the role of Maria in Glaube Liebe Hope at the Munich Volkstheater . In 2002 she appeared at the Vorarlberger Landestheater as Linda Loman in Death of a Salesman .

From 2004 to 2006 she performed three years in a row at the Luisenburg Festival in Wunsiedel . There she played the day laborer Barbara in hunting scenes from Lower Bavaria (2004), the matchmaker Jente in the musical Anatevka (2004–2005), Polina in Die Möwe (2006) and Basl in Der Wittiber (2006).

From 2007 to 2010 she was at the Bavarian State Theater in Munich as Mae Garga in the Brecht production In the Thicket of Cities (Director: Tina Lanik ). Since 2011 she has been a regular guest at the Komödie im Bayerischer Hof Munich , u. a. as widow Windscheidt in Die Feuerzangenbowle (2011-2018) and in spring 2014 in the comedy Othello must not burst . In 2014 she performed at the Nestroyhof Theater in Vienna . From 2014 to 2017 she played Emma's “critical” mother-in-law Madame Bovary in Albert Ostermaier's stage version of the Flaubert novel Madame Bovary (director: Mateja Koležnik ) at the Munich Residenztheater .

In 2016 she appeared again at the Luisenburg Festival, this time in the solo piece Further prospects by Franz Xaver Kroetz . In 2017 she appeared as Jente in Anatevka at the Bonn Opera . In 2018 she played Jente at the Kufstein Operetta Summer.

Gabriele Dossi has worked in over 50 film and television productions since the 1970s. She worked with directors such as Reinhard Hauff , Helmut Dietl , Xaver Schwarzenberger , Bernd Fischerauer , Franz Xaver Bogner , Matti Geschonneck and Anno Saul .

Dossi had episode roles in numerous crime series, a. a. in Der Alte , Derrick , Siska , Der Bulle von Tölz and Die Rosenheim-Cops . From 1994 to 1996 she played a continuous role as a consultation assistant "Wehwehchen" at the side of Senta Berger and Friedrich von Thun in the Doctors TV series around Dr. Schwarz and Dr. Martin.

In the 6th season of the ZDF series Bettys Diagnose (2019), she had a leading role in the episode as the old patient Inge Rose, who suffers greatly from not having seen her daughter for a long time, and who therefore invents serious illnesses. In the TV series Spring (2020) she played the widowed pensioner Bärbel Hofer, who met her childhood friend Alois ( Fred Stillkrauth ) again and found happiness with him. In the 19th season of the ZDF series Die Rosenheim-Cops (2020), she took on an episode role as sister Elisabeth.

Gabriele Dossi also repeatedly worked as a radio play speaker . She lives in Munich .
