The Toronto company started producing automobiles in 1921. The brand name was Glen . Production ended in 1922. In total, only a few vehicles were built.

The only model was a cycle car . An air-cooled three-cylinder engine propelled the vehicles. The front of the vehicle was similar to the Rolls-Royce models . The body was made of plywood .
