Asüna was a Canadian car brand.

Brand history

General Motors of Canada from Oshawa introduced the Asüna car brand on the Canadian market in 1992 . In the following year she was already hired again. The dealer network was run as Pontiac-Asüna-Buick-GMC.

The Sunfire was a combination coupe with 2 + 2 seats. It corresponded to the Geo Storm , which in turn was based on the Isuzu Impulse .

The Sunrunner was similar to the Geo Tracker or Suzuki Samurai .

The SE and GT models were added in 1993 . They corresponded to the Pontiac LeMans and were manufactured by Daewoo Motors in South Korea .

After the brand was discontinued, the Sunrunner was marketed as the Pontiac .
