The Winnipeg company began manufacturing automobiles in 1921. The brand name was Winnipeg . Production ended in 1923.

Except for the emblem, the 1921 model corresponded to the Hatfield from Cortland Car & Carriage from the USA . A four-cylinder engine from Herschell-Spillman provided the drive. Only one vehicle was created from this model.
In 1923 parts were obtained from the US by the George W. Davis Motor Car Company and eleven vehicles were made from them. They had a six-cylinder engine .
