Clinton Motor Car Co. Ltd. was a Canadian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded in Clinton in 1911 to manufacture automobiles. It belonged to Clinton Tresher Co. The brand name was Clinton . The company boasted of renouncing foreign influence, promoting Canadian Design, Canadian Capital, Canadian Workers . Production ended in November 1912. A total of eight passenger cars and some commercial vehicles were built .

Vehicles with four-cylinder engines were on offer , possibly self-made. There were touring cars and roadsters . And also vehicles with interchangeable bodies for people on the one hand and goods on the other.
