Derby Motor Cars Ltd. was a Canadian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Louis Arsenault, who previously worked for Winnipeg Motor Cars , founded the company in Winnipeg in 1924 . He began producing automobiles in partnership with the George W. Davis Motor Car Company . The brand name was Derby . He later moved to Saskatoon . Production ended in 1927. A total of 31 vehicles were built.

The vehicles largely corresponded to the Davis models. The vehicles were powered by a six-cylinder engine from Continental . There was a choice of sedans , touring cars and roadsters .
