Gotthardschlag is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Kottes-Purk in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 14 building areas with 9,683 m² and 8 gardens on 2,297 m² in the cadastral community Gotthardschlag , in 1989/1990 there were 17 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 43 and in 2009/2010 there were 18 buildings on 38 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 133 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 59 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 116 hectares and 77 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 116 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 76 hectares. The average soil climate of Gotthardschlag is 25.5 (as of 2010).
